About FSBO Finder
FSBO Finder is based in Portugal. We build a Google Chrome extension that finds private-seller property listings (FSBO, or particular listings) on Idealista Portugal (idealista.pt), Spain (idealista.com) and Italy (idealista.it).
The problem we solve
Idealista lists private owners and real-estate agencies side by side and gives buyers and agents no way to show only the owners. Finding the private sellers in an area means paging through dozens of mixed result pages by hand and checking each ad. FSBO Finder reads every page of a search for you, keeps only the listings published by private sellers, and exports them as a CSV file in seconds.
How it works
The extension runs inside your own Idealista search. It reads each listing's own owner signal, so the filtering is exact rather than a guess, and it only uses information that is already publicly visible on the listing. We also offer an email digest: pick the areas you work once and the new private-seller listings there arrive in your inbox, daily, weekly or monthly.
Who it is for
Real-estate agents prospecting owners who have not yet signed with an agency, and buyers who prefer to deal directly with the owner. The product is currently in a free beta.
