Which countries does it cover?
Portugal (idealista.pt), Spain (idealista.com) and Italy (idealista.it).
Is it legal to use this data?
FSBO Finder uses only publicly visible listing information, the same details anyone sees on Idealista. How you contact owners is up to you and the rules in your country.
What format is the export?
A CSV file with the listing URL, price, typology (for example T2 or 3 rooms), property type and area in m². It opens in Excel and Google Sheets and imports into any CRM.
Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can run a search on Idealista, you can use it. Install the extension and click Start extraction. For the digest you only pick territories and a frequency.
How does the free sample work?
Enter your email and pick a city. You receive one digest with the private-seller listings from the last 48 hours. No account and no card. It is sent once, nothing renews.
Does one license work on several computers?
Yes. Install the extension on any computer and sign in with your key. One session is active at a time: signing in on another computer signs out the previous one.
